The merchant’s Aadhaar e-KYC verification may fail due to any of the below reasons
- You entered an incorrect OTP, Virtual ID (VID), or Aadhaar number
- A technical issue at UIDAI's end
- The merchant's Aadhaar number is suspended or cancelled
- The merchant has locked their Aadhaar number
- The merchant’s Aadhaar card has been temporarily blocked by UIDAI
- The merchant’s mobile number is not linked to their Aadhaar number
Please check the details and try again. Alternatively, you can use the merchant's PAN card, driver's license, or voter ID for their KYC verification.
