What if the merchant wants to withdraw the permission they gave to use their Aadhaar details?

If the merchant wants to withdraw the permission (revoke consent) they gave us to use their Aadhaar details for e-KYC verification, ask them to raise a request as follows:

  1. Tap the question mark icon on the PhonePe Business app home screen.
  2. Tap My Profile and Bank account.
  3. Tap KYC. 
  4. Tap Aadhaar e-KYC.
  5. Tap What if I want to withdraw the permission I gave to use my Aadhaar details?
  6. Tap Contact Us.
