What if the merchant has received less amount?

Settlements are initiated after deducting the loan installment, payment charges, and EDC Device and SmartSpeaker subscription fees. To see the details of the charges, the merchant can open the Settlements tab in the History section, and tap the relevant settlement. The charges will be shown under the Settlement Details section.

If the merchants have any issues regarding the deductions, please ask them to report it on the PhonePe Business app, and we'll help them.
