What if  the loan amount is not yet deposited but merchant’s daily installments are getting deducted?

In such cases, please inform the merchant that this is a rare case. In most cases, the daily installments are deducted only after the loan amount is deposited into the merchant’s settlement account. However, the merchant will receive the loan amount within 5 working days after the loan is disbursed.

Note: We’ll refund the daily installment amount within 10 working days in case the disbursement fails.
