What are the possible reasons for KYC failure?

In this case please ask the merchant to try after some time as their is some technical issue at Digilocker’s end. |
Unable to verify your KYC You need to provide consent for the lender to access your digilocker documents |
In this case please inform the merchant that they need to provide permission on their app to Digilocker to access the documents. |

In this case ask the merchant to retry and take the selfie again. The image on the KYC documents should match with the face of person who is taking the selfie. |
