What if the merchant’s mandate setup has been pending for more than one working day?

The mandates are of two types,
eNACH mandate: It is usually done instantly.
UPI Autopay mandate: It is usually done within one working day after the request is initiated.
However, if it’s been more than one working day and UPI Autopay is still pending, please ask them to retry or tap the ?help icon on the top right corner of the screen and tap Contact Us button to report the concern.
Note: The bank account linked for your mandate should be the same as the one linked to the settlements.

Important: While setting up a mandate you will see the maximum mandate amount. Don’t worry, this is not the amount that will be deducted from your bank account but only the limit set by your bank for the maximum amount that can be deducted for pending installments. Merchants will only need to pay ₹2 which will be refunded within 24 hours into the merchant’s account.
