When will the merchant receive the No Dues Certificate?

The merchant will receive the No Dues Certificate from the lending partner on their registered Email ID or via SMS. It will be sent to them within  5 to 7 working days from the loan closure date.

Note: If the merchant has already raised a request with our merchant support team for the No Dues Certificate, it will be sent to them within 6 to 7 working days of raising the request. Also, Loan Service Provider has no control over the onboarding timelines and is completely at the Lending partner’s discretion.
