How can I report a concern for merchant’s loan queries on PhonePe Business app?
You can create a ticket by doing any of the following,
You can call our merchant support on 080-6872-7777/ 022-6872-7777
You can tap the ?help on the top of your screen go to the relevant FAQ and raise a ticket. Note: You can raise tickets for the merchants in any of the below scenario
1. If the merchant is in pending stage such as KYC pending, Mandate pending, loan approval pending.
2. If the merchant has already received the loan amount and he needs help repaying the loan
You can also tap History at the bottom of the home screen, select the relevant transaction and raise a ticket
Note: You can check the resolution on the concerns by tapping on ?Help and View Tickets. If you wish to check the time by which these issues will be resolved, please tap on the relevant ticket and check the timelines. You also have an option to tap PhonePe Contact Support on the product screen and report a concern in case of pending or failure cases.
