How can I report a concern for merchant’s loan queries on PhonePe Business app?

You can create a ticket by doing any of the following,

• You can call our merchant support on   080-6872-7777/ 022-6872-7777
• You can tap the ?help on the top of your screen go to the relevant FAQ and raise a ticket
• You can also tap History at the bottom of the home screen, select the relevant transaction and raise a ticket
