What if the KYC verification using PAN details fails?

If the verification using PAN details fails, please check if the bank account holder’s name matches the name on the PAN card and try again.
If the names don’t match due to a spelling mistake in the PAN card, please upload a document that matches the name on your PAN card.
You can also onboard the merchant with Form 60 and Aadhar/ Voter ID/ Driving License. 
Important: If the merchant consents to Form 60 that means that the merchant is confirming that they are exempt from Income Tax for the current Financial Year as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
