If the SmartSpeaker plays "No data, contact helpdesk",

• Remove the SIM card and re-insert it into the speaker.
• Restart the speaker.

If the issue persists,  

• Insert another SIM card into the SmartSpeaker and try again

If the SIM replacement fails.

• Try linking another SmartSpeaker.
