What if I'm unable to transfer the SmartSpeaker or SIM card to other agents?
If you are unable to transfer the SmartSpeaker or SIM card to other agents,
- Please ensure you have the latest version of ACE app
- Check if the SmartSpeaker is assigned to you
- Try transferring another SmartSpeaker to an agent
- Close the ACE app and try transferring the SmartSpeaker or SIM card again
