What if the SmartSpeaker or SIM card is not visible in the inventory list?
If the SmartSpeaker or SIM card is not visible in the inventory list,
- Please ensure you have the latest version of ACE app
- Check the inventory ID of the SmartSpeaker or SIM card you are trying to find
- Scan the inventory, view the details, and check who the SmartSpeaker belongs to
- Wait for 4-6 hours after the SmartSpeaker was delivered in case of door delivery/transfer from peer
- Close the app and try finding the item again
