How do I replace the SIM card in the SmartSpeaker?

Please choose a SIM card with a better network coverage in your area.

To replace the SIM card,

1. Login to the latest version of the Ace app.
2. Tap the PhonePe SmartSpeaker banner on the home screen.
3. Tap Service.
4. Tap Scan SmartSpeaker QR to scan the device ID for which the SIM is being replaced, and tap Continue.
5. Select the reason for SIM card replacement, and tap Save if the reason is Others
6. Tap Continue
7. Scan the QR code on the SIM cover and select the SIM type
8. Insert the new SIM into the device & restart the device

In case the SIM replacement fails, try a SIM from a different operator.
