How do I update reverse pick-up confirmation in the ACE app?

To update reverse pick-up confirmation in the Ace app,

  1. Login to the latest version of the Ace app.
  2. Tap the PhonePe SmartSpeaker banner on the home screen.
  3. Tap Pick Up.
  4. Tap Scan Device QR and scan the QR code printed at the bottom of the device.
  5. Update the reason for the pick-up.
  6. Tap Continue.
  7. Mark the items picked up and upload their images.
  8. Tap Request OTP. 
  9. Enter the 5-digit OTP sent to the merchant's registered mobile number.
  10. Tap Continue to verify the OTP.
