Steps to cancel your IRCTC booking on PhonePe

To cancel your IRCTC booking on PhonePe,

1. Tap Switch on your Phonepe app home screen.
2. Tap IRCTC.
3. Tap Your bookings.
4. Select the booking you want to cancel. 
5. Tap Cancel Ticket.
6. Tap Confirm. 

Note: You can only cancel your IRCTC ticket before the chart is prepared for your train.

If your train is scheduled to depart before or at 12:00 PM, the chart is prepared the previous night. If your train is scheduled after 12:00 PM, the chart is prepared at least 4 hours before the departure.
