If your card payment is failing repeatedly, it could be due to some issues with your card or at your bank's end. In such cases, please reach out to your bank's customer support team for further assistance.

What are the refund timelines?
The standard refund timelines for banks to process card refunds is 7 to 9 days.
While some banks may complete this process sooner, this is the standard timeline that banks provide us with for card refunds.

Can PhonePe help me get a refund faster?
Since the money is with your bank, PhonePe cannot do much to speed up the process of depositing the refund money to your account. You may try contacting your bank's customer support to get help with this.

What if I don't receive my refund after 9 days?
In the rare case that you do not receive your refund even after 9 days, you'll need to contact your card-issuing bank to get a status from them.
