What is a digital locker?

Once you buy gold on PhonePe, the providers will store your gold in a bank-grade digital locker at no additional costs. You can see your gold balance in your locker on the PhonePe app.

How can I check the gold balance?

To check your gold balance on PhonePe,

1. Tap Investments at the bottom of your PhonePe app home screen.
2. Tap Gold & Silver under the Investments Ideas section. 
3. You will see your current gold balance in grams upto 4 decimal places.

Can I cancel my purchased gold?

No, the gold provider does not allow cancellations once the order is placed.
