How do I share a screenshot on a ticket?

To share a screenshot on a ticket,

1. Tap the question mark (?) on the top right corner of your PhonePe app’s home screen.
2. Tap View Tickets.
3. Select the relevant ticket and tap Reply.
4. Tap + Attach a file.
5. Select the relevant screenshot and add your comments if any.
6. Tap Reply.
