How to submit documents by logging in to the webform portal?

To submit documents through the webform portal,

1. Tap https://support.phonepe.com
2. Enter your PhonePe registered 10-digit mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your number.
4. Select the relevant issue or tap Previous support messages on PhonePe and select the relevant ticket.
5. Tap Attach file and select the relevant screenshot.
6. Tap Send.
