Know more about refunds from Hyderabad Metro

Hyderabad Metro will initiate refunds for failed and cancelled ticket bookings and smart card recharges within 24 hours from the time of payment. Once initiated, the amount will reach your account based on the payment method you have used. 

• UPI - 24 hours
• UPI Lite - 3 to 5 days
• Credit or Debit Card - 7 to 9 days
• Wallet/Gift card - 24 hours
