Why is my payment pending?
Most UPI payments are completed instantly. Very rarely, due to technical issues, the bank takes some time to give us the status.

How long will the bank take to update the status?
The bank should not take more than 1 hour to complete the payment. In very rare cases, they could take upto 24 hours.

Can you reverse this payment?
Banks do not allow us to cancel or reverse the payment once it is initiated. We request you to not initiate this payment again untill we have a final status from the bank.
