Why is my payment taking time?
Most UPI payments on PhonePe are completed instantly. In rare cases, banks may take upto 5 days to deposit the money into the receiver's account. 

Where is my money?
Don't worry, your money is absolutely safe with the receiver's bank. The receiver should get the money within 5 days from the payment date.

How do I know if money has reached the receiver's account?
Please ask the receiver to check the relevant account statement after 5 days for a confirmation. 
Note: If you've sent money using a phone number, the amount will be credited to the account the receiver has selected as the primary bank account on PhonePe. 

How to check which is the primary account?
On your PhonePe app homescreen, tap your profile picture. In the Payment Methods section, you will see your primary account with a Primary badge.

What if the money is not deposited within 5 days?
If the money is not deposited within 5 days, the receiver will have to contact their bank for help with this payment.  

Can this payment be cancelled?
Banks don't allow us to cancel UPI payments as they are direct bank-to-bank transfers.
