Know more about raising a complaint with NPCI

Tap here to raise a complaint with NPCI and follow the steps below: 

  1. Scroll down and Tap Transaction under Complaint.
  2. Select Person to Person as the Nature of transaction.
  3. Select Amount debited but not credited to beneficiaries account as the Issue.
  4. Enter details such as Transaction ID, Bank Name, VPA, Amount, Date of Transaction, Email ID, and Registered Mobile Number
  5. Please attach your updated bank account statement.
  6. Tap Submit.

Note: Ensure that you've entered the correct details before tapping Submit.
