Know more about raising a complaint with NPCI
Tap here to raise a complaint with NPCI and follow the steps below:
- Scroll down and Tap Transaction under Complaint.
- Select Person to Person as the Nature of transaction.
- Select Amount debited but not credited to beneficiaries account as the Issue.
- Enter details such as Transaction ID, Bank Name, VPA, Amount, Date of Transaction, Email ID, and Registered Mobile Number.
- Please attach your updated bank account statement.
- Tap Submit.
Note: Ensure that you've entered the correct details before tapping Submit.
