When will I get the money?
Most UPI payments are completed instantly. We recommend that you check your bank statement for confirmation.

How do I know if money has reached my account?
Please check your bank account statement for confirmation. If you have multiple accounts linked on PhonePe, the money will be sent to your default account.

How to know which is my default account?
On your PhonePe app homescreen, tap your profile picture. Tap Bank Accounts in the Payment Methods section and you will see your default account with a Primary badge. 

What if the money is not deposited?
Most UPI payments are completed instantly. In case this does not happen, you need to contact your bank with the UTR number to check the status of this payment.
