Important: Once you close your PhonePe Wallet, you will not be able to reactivate it.

How do I close my PhonePe Wallet?
To learn more about closing your wallet, 

1. Tap ? on the top right corner of your PhonePe home screen.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Payment Methods and then tap Wallets & Gift Cards.
4. Tap PhonePe Wallet.
5. Tap Reactivating/Closing PhonePe Wallet.
6. Select How do I close my PhonePe Wallet?

Why am I not able to close my PhonePe Wallet?
You may not be able to close your PhonePe wallet if:

• You have any cashback balance.
• You don't have any withdrawable balance.
• You have used a debit card to top-up your wallet in the last 7 days.
• You have any pending refunds/merchant payments.
• You don't have any bank account linked on PhonePe.
