Can I cancel a paid bill?
You can’t cancel a bill payment once you've made the payment successfully. If your bill payment fails for any reason, the entire amount will be refunded to you.
What if I paid someone else’s bill by mistake?
You cannot cancel a bill payment once you have made the payment successfully. If you have paid a bill incorrectly, we request you to contact the biller for assistance.
Why is my bill payment pending?
If your bill payment is successful, the biller will update the status on their portal within 4 working days from the date of successful payment.
How do I get a reciept?
As soon as you complete a bill payment on PhonePe, we send the invoice to your registered email address. If you haven’t received the invoice, you can tap Share Receipt for the relevant payment on the History section of your PhonePe app.
Note: To receive the invoice on your email, ensure that you’ve verified the email address that is registered on PhonePe.
