While most recharges are instant, in very rare cases the operator may take additional time to complete your recharge.

When will the recharge be completed?
In case your recharge is pending, the operator may take upto 1 hour to confirm the status of your recharge to us. In very rare cases, operators may take upto 24 hours to confirm your recharge

What if my recharge fails?
In the rare case that your recharge fails, don't worry. The operator will refund the entire amount back to your account.
