Why are settlements delayed?
Sometimes, due to technical issues, bank may take longer than usual to deposit the money into your account.
When will I get the money?
Your money is absolutely safe and will reach your account within 48 hours from the time we initiated this settlement.
How do I track my settlement?
You can check the History section of your PhonePe Business app to know if the money has deposited into your account.
Alternatively, you can check the relevant bank account statement for a deposit listed with the relevant Unique Transaction Reference number after 48 hours for a confirmation.
Note: You can find the UTR number under the Settlements tab in the History section or in your settlement report.
