For payments that are instantly credited to your bank account

Usually, you will instantly receive the settlement for payments made to you, as and when the transaction is completed. In some rare cases, banks may take up to 48 hours to deposit the money in the account. 

To confirm if you have received the money, please verify your bank account statement with the UTR number. Tap Transactions under the History section and select the relevant payment to view the UTR number.

If you haven't received money even after 48 hours, please tap the button below and select the relevant payment to raise a ticket. We'll check this with the bank on your behalf.
