Why did the customer’s payment fail?
The customer’s payment might have failed due to the reasons listed below:
- Temporary technical issue at the customer's bank
- Temporary technical issue at your bank
- UPI network issue
- Security reasons
- Issues with QR code
- Other issues at the customer's end like insufficient balance, bank/UPI limit breach, authorization failure, etc.
Please check with the customer and request them to try making the payment again. Also, make sure that you hand over the goods or services only when the payment status is successful.
