How do I complete my KYC verification?
Important: The option to complete your KYC will be enabled ONLY if you have not completed your KYC verification.
- To complete the KYC verification,
- Tap your profile picture on the top left of your app home screen.
- Tap KYC Verification if the status is Pending.
- Select PAN or GST to start the verification process.
- Enter the PAN or GST, and fill in all the required details.
- Tap Proceed.
Once the KYC document is successfully uploaded, the KYC status will change to In Progress. If the KYC verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation message - KYC Status Completed.
If the verification fails, you will be shown a list of KYC documents. Please select one of the options and attach the correct image of the KYC document.
Note: It may take upto 3 business days for the KYC to be verified.
