Can I disable SMS alerts at any time?

Yes, you can disable SMS alerts for your merchant account at any time. 

If you disable the option anytime during your monthly billing period, you will continue to receive SMS alerts during that period. Once disabled, you will stop receiving SMS alerts only from the next billing cycle onwards. 

Note: You will continue to receive voice alerts and in-app transaction notifications  (if enabled) through your PhonePe Business app and PhonePe SmartSpeaker (if you have one).
