You will not be able to place the request if,

You are trying to opt for early settlements more then once within an hour
Your settlement amount is more than the maximum amount you can withdraw per day.
Your settlement amount is less than the minimum amount you can withdraw per day.
You have opted for early settlement after 11:00 pm.
