Why is the amount available for settlement less than the balance shown on the dashboard?
You can place a request for an early settlement at the end of each hour. The amount you have received till the end of the previous hour will be credited to your account.
For example, if you request for an early settlement at 3:15 p.m., the settlement amount will include all payments that you’ve received before 2:59 p.m.
The remaining amount for the day, i.e.,the payments that you have received after 2.59 p.m until 11:59 p.m. in the midnight will reflect as balance on the dashboard and will be settled by 8.00 a.m. on the next day, as per the regular settlement cycle.
But, if you are eligible for an early settlement, you can tap Settle Now at 4:00 p.m and withdraw the remaining balance.
