How do I process a refund or cancel a payment from my POS Device?

Important: You can process a refund or cancel a payment only if the batch is not closed for settlement.

To process a refund from your POS Device,

1. Tap Transaction on the device home screen.
2. Tap Void.
3. Enter the relevant transaction ID and tap the arrow icon.
