What if the customer is unable to scan the QR code?

If the customer is unable to scan the QR code, please ask the customer to check their internet connection and try making the payment again. 

If the customer is still unable to make the payment, your QR code may be damaged. In this case, please download your QR code again and ask the customer to scan the downloaded QR code to make the payment.
