What if my QR code is lost or damaged?

If your QR code is lost or damaged, please follow the below steps to download your QR code:

1. Tap your profile picture on the top left of your PhonePe Business app home screen. 
2. Tap Manage QR Codes to view all the codes. 
3. Select the QR code that you wish to download.
4. Tap the download button displayed below the QR code to download and take a printout of the same.

To receive a physical copy of your QR code,

1. Tap your profile picture on the top left of your PhonePe Business app home screen. 
2. Tap Manage QR Codes to view all the codes. 
3. Tap Request more QR codes.
4. Update your contact number and delivery address. 
5. Tap Request and confirm by tapping OK.

Important: You can request a new QR code only after 30 days from the last request date. Once your request is successfully raised, you will receive a notification confirming the same.
