How do I read and understand my settlement report?

Once you download your settlement report, you’ll be able to see different sections such as:

• Payment type - Will show the details of payments and refund (inclusive of all charges and deductions).
• Merchant Reference ID - Reference ID for merchant’s transaction 
• PhonePe Reference ID - Reference ID provided by PhonePe for individual transactions
• From - The details of the sender (PhonePe) 
• Instrument - The payment instrument used to receive money
• Creation date - Date on which the transaction was created in PhonePe
• Transaction date - Date on which the money is received from the customer
• Settelment date - Date on which PhonePe has credited the money to your bank
• Bank Reference ID - Unique Transaction Reference number(UTR) provided by the bank for a particular settlement.
  This can be used to validate if the money has successfully reached your linked bank account
• Amount - The money received from the customer
• Fee - The charges or loan installments deducted from your settlements
• IGST - Integrated Goods and Service Tax
• CGST - Central Goods and Service Tax
• SGST - State Goods and Service Tax
