What are the different settlement statuses?
There are three different settlement statuses:
- Settled - This indicates that the settlement amount is successfully deposited into your bank account.
- In progress - This indicates that the settlement amount is successfully sent to your bank. In this case, your bank will deposit the money into your account anytime between 60 minutes and 2 hours.
- Failed - This indicates that the settlement amount couldn’t be deposited into your account due to technical problems at our end or the bank’s end. In this case, we will initiate the settlement again and share an update within 24 hours from the time the settlement failed.
You can view settlement statuses next to the relevant settlement under the Settlements tab in the History section of your app.
