What if my settlement report is showing wrong data?
Important: Total settlement amounts are calculated after deducting any charges, commissions, and refunds processed from your account on that date.
Your settlement report will show you details of all the successful payments made to you on the selected date. It will not have details of failed payments.
If you find any successful payment missing from the settlement report, you can check and compare this information in the transaction report as it will have details of all payments, both successful and failed.
