I see an unauthorized wallet payment
If you see an unauthorized wallet payment, please follow the steps below and report it to us:
1. Tap PhonePe Wallet on the home screen of your app.
2. Tap Wallet Transaction History and select the relevant payment.
3. Tap Contact PhonePe Support.
Important: Until this is resolved, we’ll apply notional credit to your PhonePe walletPlease note that,
Notional credit is a temporary credit balance provided to PhonePe users when an unauthorized payment is reported with the PhonePe wallet. It is applied on the 10th day from the day you raise the issue until the investigation is completed. If the investigation is not resolved within 90 days from the date of your report, the credit will be added to your PhonePe wallet balance which you can use for making wallet payments.
