I was asked to share my card details and OTP

You may receive a call from someone claiming to be from your bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), an e-commerce website, or a lottery company requesting for your card details such as your card number, card expiry date, and CVV. They will use these details to generate an OTP and request you to share it with them. Once you share the OTP, they will be able to access your card account to make payments. 

Please ensure that you DO NOT share confidential information such as your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, MPIN, or any other bank details with anyone. PhonePe will never call you asking for such sensitive information.
