Someone accessed my device using a remote access app

A remote access or vishing scam is when you receive a call from someone claiming to be an official representative of your bank, and requesting you to install and set up a remote access application on your mobile phone. If you install this application on your phone, you will be giving the fraudster access to everything on your phone including your contacts, apps, personal details within the apps, and so on. 

Please ensure that you DO NOT install any remote access applications on your mobile phone.
