What if I don’t receive the authorisation request after entering my UPI ID on an external merchant’s platform?
It may take your bank a few hours from the time you set up an AutoPay to raise the authorisation request on PhonePe. We will notify you through an SMS when the request is raised.
If you do not receive the authorisation request before 12:00 a.m. on the day you set up the AutoPay, you will have to cancel it on the merchant’s platform and raise a new one.
