Why am I unable to see the option to set up an AutoPay for a bill payment?
If you do not see the option to set up an AutoPay for a bill payment, it may be due to one of the below reasons:
- Your bank does not allow you to set up AutoPay on your account
- Your bill amount is higher than amount allowed by your bank for auto payments
- Auto payment is not supported for the bill payment you’re trying to make
