What do I do if my AutoPay set-up fails?
If your AutoPay set-up fails, it could be due to various reasons. You can try setting up a new one from the relevant app or website after some time. You will need to authorise the request again on PhonePe to successfully complete the AutoPay set-up.
Please check if your bank supports auto payments using UPI and eNACH on your bank account before trying again.
If you continue to face issues with setting up an AutoPay, please raise a ticket for the relevant AutoPay request. To do so,
- Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
- Tap AutoPay under the Payment Management section.
- Select the relevant AutoPay request.
- Tap Contact Customer Support.
