What if my AutoPay set-up is pending? 

Banks usually take upto 1 hour to update the status of a pending AutoPay set-up. We request you to wait until the final status is updated by your bank. You can check this in the History section of your PhonePe app before trying to set up a new AutoPay. 

If you see that the status of your AutoPay set-up is not updated even after 1 hour, please raise a ticket for the relevant AutoPay request. To do so, 

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen. 
  2. Tap AutoPay under the Payment Management section
  3. Select the relevant AutoPay request.
  4. Tap Contact Customer Support.
