How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription: 

1. Log into the relevant app/website. 
2. Tap My Account under the profile section. 
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.
   Note: You can check the updated status of your subscription on the merchant’s app/website after cancellation. 

If you wish to enable automatic payments for your plan again, you would have to set up a new subscription. 

Note: We will enable the option to cancel a subscription on PhonePe soon.
