What if I am unable to add my bank account on PhonePe?
There may be several reasons why you are unable to add your bank account on PhonePe. Here are a few things you can check:
- Your mobile number on PhonePe and the number you’ve registered with your bank account is the same.
- You’ve activated mobile banking services for the bank account you’re trying to add.
- The bank account you’re trying to add is any one of the following types:
- Savings account
- Current account
- Joint/HUF account (only where you are the primary account holder)
- Overdraft account
